Deposits are used to secure your spot until full payments are made! Any Time you place a deposit with us it immediately goes towards your accommodations and are therefore 100% nonrefundable!
Full payments are always due 60 days prior to retreat date! Failure to make this payment will result in you losing your deposit completely!
If a full payment has been completed, and you decide to cancel, we will deduct a $1,000 deposit (deposits are always completely non refundable! You will receive a partial refund of the remainder of what was paid. Refund requests after 60 days prior to retreat date will not be accepted, however... you can use your payment as partial credit off of future retreats!
Photos and videos will be taken at the retreat and used on social media by KweenOfKings! if you do not want to be posted please do not pose for any photography and make sure to sign an exemption waiver
Every participant is required to provide a valid copy of government identification.
Belligerent, Drunken behavior, or disturbance of peace will result in you being kindly asked to leave the retreat or premises
Kween of Kings Royal retreats are in no way responsible for any bodily injury or harm caused to any participants while at our retreats!
